Your employees can record their time anywhere with the smartphone app. The working hours are always assigned to a project and therefore to a customer. You can then evaluate the time entries on your PC and use them for billing.

2. Recording of Material

 

You can enter the used material directly on-site. The project evaluation will then provide you with an overview of the material consumption. This data is also used for billing later-on.

3. Record project status

 

You can document the project status directly on-site. You can save photos as evidence.

4. Project Planning

 

You can assign your employees to various projects on your PC. A calendar can be used to manage who is working on which project and when for each day.

5. Document Storage

 

You can store all internal documents for a project in one central location. Construction plans, data sheets, and similar documents are available to every employee at any time.

6. Invoices

 

You can create invoices for projects and automatically send them to your customers via email.
